So, I've seen the RE5 demo being played...

And I'm not impressed.

It is exactly the same as RE4 - same death animations for both the player and enemies. Gameplay is the same with the exception of co-op. Graphics are better, but the textures are still subpar at times. Split-screen looks funny.

Ugh...

I still get a kick out of playing the second one. I've tried the third but didn't find it that appealing, I think it was the camera angles that were ticking my off. I wanna see a zombie coming at me. :shrug: No new games have made me excited enough to go out and buy lately.

Yeah, that seems to be the case as of late. RE2 is still one of my favorite if only for the horrible dialogue. :D
